Robert Kilgour
Robert is the Chairman of the company, as well as being a serial entrepreneur, property developer and Chief Executive of Dow Investments.  Working closely with Iain, Robert oversees all elements of the business.  Father of four, Robert is married and enjoys travel and politics.

Iain Murray
As CEO Iain administers the financial, operational and commercial elements of the business, ensuring everything is running smoothly and in line with the strategic aims of the company.  He has over 20 years of experience in FM consultancy.  Amongst his many hats he is also the Deputy Chair of Global FM, a member of the well respected Entrepreneurial Exchange and the resident ‘Gadget Man’ on the Podcastmatters’ Social Media Podcast.  Iain and his wife have a three year old son.

Richard Mitchell
Richard is the Operations Manager with responsibility for the engineering team, monitoring KPI’s and liaising with clients. Richard brings to the post a wealth of trade experience having previously been a Plumbing and Fabric Engineer and then Senior Supervisor.  A keen golfer, Richard and his partner have a young daughter.

John Ferry

John is the MD of commercial activities handling all sales and marketing enquiries. Before joining Connectedfm John spent 16 years in the interiors fit-out sector and brings with him a wealth of experience in project management and dealing with all aspects of the sales process.

John is married to Helen and they have a young son.  He enjoys rugby and is a Queens Park FC fan.

Shona Lyttel
Shona deals with all of the marketing for the business, handling everything from the company website to advertising and press releases.  Shona took on her previous role as Iain Murray’s PA after spending some time living in Canada.  She enjoys playing badminton and the guitar.
